Today we were delighted to have Andy Mullins come to speak with us about his job as an air traffic controller. We learned all about what he does every day, and it was really amazing to hear about such an important and responsible role. We found it very interesting to learn how air traffic controllers help keep planes safe and organised in the sky. Thank you, Andy, for taking the time to visit us and answer our questions!
Thank you to Rioghnat for coming into 1st Class to help us make some lanterns. We were learning all about procedural writing in English so we had to follow lots of steps . We had great fun making them, and don’t they look amazing!
Thank you to this first class pupil for bringing a wonderful hornet’s nest around to the classes and telling us all about it. Thank goodness it wasn’t alive! Everyone was fascinated by it!
