Do the Funky Penguin!
This week in music we learned all about soul music. We learned about Rufus Thomas and his song “Do the Funky Penguin.” We listened to the song and learned the dance steps that go with it. The music was fun and had a strong beat, and the dance was energetic and silly. We really enjoyed learning about soul music and moving to the rhythm of the song.
