East Limerick Final at the Gaelic Grounds
Here at Knockea school we are so proud of our 6th class pupil who played with the East Limerick Girl's Football Team this year. She lined out in the corner back position and played a stormer in both the semi-final and the final. It wasn't to be for the East Limerick Team on the night but what an incredible experience for all the players who took park to play in the final that took place in the Gaelic Grounds.

What a day for Knockea! Massive congratulations to our boys in 5th and 6th class who had a fantasic win in the under 13s East Schools' Football Final. Great goals and points by Joe Kelly, Ryan O' Connell and Ronan O' Donnell were enough to see Knockea get over the line by two points. A special mention to the defensive effort in keeping out Crecora in the dying minutes also. It was great to see the lads get their rewards for all the hard work in training over the last month.

Limerick City & County Athletics Day 2025
A group of pupils from our athletics team represented the school on Wednesday, 14th of May in U.L. The school team came 2nd in their category. There was incredible talent, stamina and determination evident with all the children and they were a credit to the school. Congratulations to them all!
Knockea Camogie Blitz
Our Knockea girls are taking part in the 12 a side camogie blitz on Friday 9th May in Doon GAA pitch. We will be leaving school at 10:45 and we will be finished around 2pm. Many thanks to all the parents who are helping out with lifts on the day. Best of luck girls and best of luck to our Knockea boy's team who are competiting in their blitz on Tuesday 6th May.
