World Mental Health Day 2024

Today we celebrated World Mental Health day by exploring all  the different kinds of activites we can do to help us feel calm.  Some of us like to do breathing exercises, going for a run, meditating , pizza massage, dancing, listening to  music and being in nature.  We  took part in a mindfulness activity making a mandala from natural  objects. It helps you focus the mind on a specific object  and helps with concentration.  We tried to use radial balance where you start at the centre and build out.  We hope you like them as much as we enjoyed making them . All the school  went on a mile with a smile  and we got to chat with  our friends in 3rd class .
