Kids ages 5 to 12 need 10 to 11 hours of sleep each night.

Without enough sleep you can:
1. Forget what you learned
2. Have trouble making good choices
3. Be grumpy and in a bad mood
4. Have trouble playing games and sports
5. Be less patient with brothers, sisters, and friends
6. Have trouble listening to parents and teachers
